SALES EXECUTIVE – SOUTH OF ENGLAND

Glennon Brothers, one of the leading timber processors in the British Isles, is in the middle of a major expansion drive, and as a result a vacancy has arisen for a Sales Executive. The job involves selling on behalf of the Group’s two Scottish operations, Adam Wilson & Sons, based in Troon, and Windymains Timber, based in Humbie, near Edinburgh, as well as its Irish operations (www.glennonbrothers.com). Adam Wilsons specializes in kiln dried, graded carcassing, pallet and packaging material. Windymains Timber is a leading specialist in the production of fencing and treated carcassing service.

The Candidate:

This position would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic, self motivated individual, with a proven ability in selling timber or building products. Good communication skills are essential as well as the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organization.

HARVESTING MANAGER (Argyll Area)



With sawmills at Windymains and Troon, Glennon Brothers are in the process of expanding their already well established UK business activities. As part of this planned development an exciting career opportunity now exists for a Harvesting Manager to supplement the existing forestry team.

Applications are sought from highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are keen to develop their career with a very progressive and dynamic business. You should possess sound commercial acumen and be willing to travel extensively throughout the greater Argyll area in support of our timber harvesting operations.

With a diploma/degree or relevant experience in commercial forestry, the ideal candidate will have the necessary drive to make an immediate contribution to the business.
